I know Dheeba since the university time. Actually, I should say “since the college time”, considering that, during the university in Padua, we stayed in the same college in Via Ognissanti. We spent many years in that place, between dinners with “cordon blu” and Masses, attempts to study even with the sun outside and burning hot summers without the air conditioner. I have to be honest: in those days, I wasn’t the most expansive girl, not because I didn’t like staying with other people, but because I’ve always been used to loneliness. And I’m talking about a genuine loneliness, the one that makes you stand on your own two feet. For this reason, I cannot say I was able to reveal my nature at that time. However, Dheeba always drew my attention: not only for her beautiful, olive-colored skin (ok, I must confess I’ve always wanted to have that skin…), but, above all, for her pure gaze and her infinite, enchanting smile. Also in this case, the life can draw people apart (especially when they’re from distant places), but the internet has the power to create new possibilities. So, thanks to Facebook, some months ago I discovered the Dheeba has a young daughter, Jasmine, and also a blog. “Il favoloso mondo di Jasmine Paula” talks about her passion for the needlecraft, the colors, the babies and the mummies. I would have had her creations for the event, but my request arrived too late, so Dheeba promised me to be at the next “All the women I am”. I would suggest to visit her page not only for seeing her creations, but also to be aware of the future developments of this blog: in January next year, Dheeba and Lorenza will create a unique space where they will share their passion for the creativity. In the pics below you can see the backpack she did for Vera and the present she made for me (it’s a cute purse with a tiny notebook inside)… So what are you waiting for? Go and put a like on her page!!!
